Refund Policy

Registration Policies

1. To register for a course at Get French Classes, the learner must pay the full course fee using VISA, Mastercard, or any other accredited payment method.

2. For private tutoring and online courses , the learner must pay the full fee upon registration.

3. All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course or before a tutor is assigned.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. No refunds or credits will be granted after the start of the course or once a tutor is assigned.

2. Refund requests must be submitted via email at least 5 business days prior to the course commencement date. A $30 cancellation fee will be applied to all course cancellations. 

3. Only credits will be granted for cancellations notified via email less than 5 full working days and at least 1 business day prior to the course commencement date.

4. For private tutoring and online courses, if you cancel the lesson less than 24 hours (one business day) before the class, the scheduled tutoring hours or videoconference will be considered taken. Cancellations must be submitted via email to the tutor or the reception team.

5. Get French Classes cannot be held responsible for learners’ changes in work commitments or personal circumstances.

6. All credits and tutoring hours are valid for one year. For online courses, access to the platform is valid for a lifetime.

7. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Catch-up Lessons Policies

1 - If a learner misses a class for personal reasons, Get French Classes cannot be held responsible, and no refund or credit policy applies.

2 - Catch-up lessons are offered at special rates based on the number of hours missed:

• For 2 hours of class missed : a 30-minute catch-up class at $10.25

• For 3 hours of class missed : a 45-minute catch-up class at $15.35

3 - Catch-up lessons must be organized with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to the teacher's availability.

4 - Full lesson fee is payable at the time of requesting the catch-up lesson. No refund of the fee for a catch-up lesson will be granted if the learner cancels the lesson.

5 - If more than 4 hours of classes have been missed, catch-up lessons do not apply. Private tutoring at normal private tutoring rates can be organized, subject to the learner's approval and teacher's availability.

By registering for a course at Get French Classes, the learner agrees to abide by these registration and cancellation policies.
